Terms, Privacy, and Refund Policy
Read this before creating an account, registering a pharmacy, or submitting a subscription payment.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a VucuPharma customer account, pharmacy account, or platform account, you confirm that you are at least legally allowed to enter into this agreement and that you understand and accept these terms. If you are registering a pharmacy on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
2. Account Registration Rules
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete.
- You are responsible for the security of your login credentials and any activity performed using your account.
- You must not register using someone else’s email, phone number, or business identity without permission.
- VucuPharma may verify email, phone, license, and pharmacy ownership before activating access.
- We may suspend or remove access if information is false, incomplete, abusive, or legally restricted.
3. Pharmacy Registration Rules
- Pharmacy owners must provide a valid TMDA/license number or the closest available legal identifier where applicable.
- Subscription access begins only after registration details are reviewed and payment is confirmed.
- Pharmacy owners are responsible for staff accounts, branch assignments, stock accuracy, and lawful medicine handling.
- VucuPharma may refuse or delay activation where legal, safety, verification, or compliance concerns exist.
4. Privacy and Data Use
- We store account, sales, inventory, reminder, audit, and support data to run the platform.
- We use the data to provide services, generate reports, send notifications, and improve support.
- We do not sell personal health data. Access is limited to account holders, authorized staff, and system administrators who need it to operate the service.
- Users should avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information in free-text fields unless it is needed for care or compliance.
5. Subscription Payments
- Pharmacy subscriptions are billed as shown on the registration or billing screen.
- Taxes, bank charges, mobile money fees, card fees, and third-party transaction fees are non-refundable unless the payment provider reverses them automatically.
- SMS credits, setup work already completed, and service usage are deducted before any refund calculation where applicable.
6. Refund Policy for Pharmacy Owners
This refund policy applies to pharmacy subscription packages only. It does not replace separate sale refunds, product returns, or statutory consumer protections.
Refund formula: Refund amount = Paid amount x Refund percentage
If a part of the package was already used, consumed, or transferred into an active service, VucuPharma may deduct those used values before applying the percentage schedule below.

Refund = 500,000 x 70% = TZS 350,000, minus any non-refundable fees or already-consumed services.
Refund Procedure
- The pharmacy owner submits a refund request to VucuPharma support or the billing team.
- We verify the payment date, package status, consumed services, SMS usage, and any chargeback or provider fee.
- We calculate the refund using the table above and confirm any deductions before approval.
- If approved, the refund is returned to the original payment method where possible.
- We record the request, calculation, and decision in the platform audit trail for accountability.
7. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the platform for unlawful medicine sales, fraud, impersonation, or unauthorized data access.
- Do not upload malicious files, spam users, or misuse reporting and reminder tools.
- Keep medicine and patient records accurate and updated.
8. Service Availability
- VucuPharma aims for continuous availability, but maintenance, internet issues, power outages, or third-party failures may interrupt service.
- We may change features, pricing, or limits when needed for safety, compliance, or product improvements.
